Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1364","heading":"Notice - Appointment to perfect appeal - Transfer of","body":"documents.\n\nIt shall be the responsibility of the appropriate judge of the\n\ndistrict court to notify the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System of any\n\nappointment of the System to perfect an appeal pursuant to the\n\nIndigent Defense Act within three (3) days after such appointment.\n\nThe appointment order shall state the nature of the appeal.
