Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1368","heading":"Indigent Defense System Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System to be designated the\n\n\"Indigent Defense System Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of federal funds, grants, gifts and such other funds as are\n\nprovided by law. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Board to\n\ndefray expenses relating to the performance of duties imposed upon\n\nthe Oklahoma Indigent Defense System by law.
