Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1370.1","heading":"Forensic Testing Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System, to be designated the\n\n\"Forensic Testing Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall consist of\n\nall funds appropriated by the Legislature to the fund or monies\n\nreceived from any political subdivision of the State of Oklahoma as\n\nreimbursements or recovery for forensic testing. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System for\n\nthe purpose of providing forensic testing.
