Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1381","heading":"District attorney motion to vacate or set aside judgment","body":"of conviction.\n\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law concerning\n\npostconviction relief, a district attorney in the jurisdiction in\n\nwhich a person was convicted of an offense may file a motion in the\n\ndistrict court to vacate or set aside a judgment of conviction at\n\nany time if clear and convincing evidence exists establishing that\n\nthe defendant was convicted of an offense that the defendant did not\n\ncommit.
