Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1406","heading":"Action which may be taken by district court after filing","body":"of indictment of information and hearing.\n\nAfter the filing of an indictment or information by the Attorney\n\nGeneral or district attorney and after a hearing with respect to\n\nwhich any person who shall be affected has been given thirty (30)\n\ndays' notice and opportunity to participate, the district court may,\n\nbased on the indictment or information and the hearing:\n\n1. Enter a restraining order or injunction;\n\n2. Require the execution of satisfactory bond in the amount of\n\nten percent (10%) of the property value; or\n\n3.
