Stat. tit. 22, § 22-180","heading":"Magistrate absent - Taking defendant before another","body":"When, by the preceding sections of this chapter, the defendant\n\nis required to be taken before the magistrate who issued the\n\nwarrant, he may, if the magistrate be absent or unable to act, be\n\ntaken before the nearest or most accessible magistrate in the same\n\ncounty.
