Stat. tit. 22, § 22-225","heading":"Fresh pursuit defined","body":"The term \"fresh pursuit\" as used in this act shall include fresh\n\npursuit as defined by the common law, and also the pursuit of a\n\nperson who has committed a felony or who is reasonably suspected of\n\nhaving committed a felony. It shall also include the pursuit of a\n\nperson suspected of having committed a supposed felony, though no\n\nfelony has actually been committed, if there is a reasonable ground\n\nfor believing that felony has been committed.
