Stat. tit. 22, § 22-231","heading":"Misdemeanors - Warrant for arrest - Complaint submitted to","body":"district attorney - Cost bond.\n\nIn all misdemeanor cases, before a warrant shall issue for the\n\narrest of the defendant the complaint must be submitted to the\n\ndistrict attorney, or drawn by him and indorsed as follows: \"I have\n\nexamined the facts in this case and recommend that a warrant do\n\nissue\", and then filed with the court.
