Stat. tit. 22, § 22-34.4","heading":"Stop or arrest resulting from racial profiling","body":"Whenever a person who is stopped or arrested believes the stop\n\nor arrest was in violation of Section 34.3 of this title, that\n\nperson may file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office of\n\nCivil Rights Enforcement and may also file a complaint with the\n\ndistrict attorney for the county in which the stop or arrest\n\noccurred. A copy of the complaint shall be forwarded to the\n\narresting officer's employer by the Attorney General's Office of\n\nCivil Rights Enforcement.
