The Attorney General's Office of Civil Rights Enforcement\n\nshall promulgate rules establishing procedures for filing a racial\n\nprofiling complaint with the Attorney General's Office of Civil\n\nRights Enforcement and the district attorney and the process for\n\ndelivering a copy of the complaint by the Attorney General to the\n\nemploying agency. The Attorney General's Office of Civil Rights\n\nEnforcement, in consultation with the Governor's Cabinet Secretary\n\nfor Safety and Security, shall promulgate forms for complaints of\n\nracial profiling.\n\nB.
