The jurisdiction of a multicounty grand jury impaneled under\n\nthe Multicounty Grand Jury Act shall extend throughout the state,\n\nincluding but not limited to, a single county as designated in the\n\nState Supreme Court's order convening the multicounty grand jury.\n\nB. The subject matter jurisdiction of the multicounty grand\n\njury shall be limited to:\n\n1. Murder;\n\n2. Rape;\n\n3. Bribery;\n\n4. Extortion;\n\n5. Arson;\n\n6. Perjury;\n\n7. Fraud;\n\n8. Embezzlement;\n\n9. Manufacturing, distribution, dispensing, possession or\n\npossession with intent to manufacture, distribute or dispense, a\n\ncontrolled dangerous substance, or any other violation of Section 2-\n\n101 et seq. of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n10. Organized crime, which for purposes of the Multicounty\n\nGrand Jury Act, means any unlawful activity of an association\n\ntrafficking in illegal goods or services, including but not limited\n\nto, gambling; loan sharking; controlled dangerous substances; labor\n\nracketeering, or other unlawful activities; or any continuing\n\ncriminal conspiracy or other unlawful practice which has as its\n\nobjectives improper governmental influence or economic gain through\n\nfraudulent or coercive practices;\n\n11. Public corruption, which for purposes of the Multicounty\n\nGrand Jury Act, means any unlawful activity under color of or in\n\nconnection with any public office or employment of any law\n\nenforcement officer, public official, public employee, candidate for\n\npublic office, or any agent thereof;\n\n12. The registration or failure to register securities;\n\n13. The offer or sale of securities;\n\n14. The sale or purchase of goods or services by or for the\n\nstate or any political subdivision thereof, or the misappropriation\n\nof funds belonging to or entrusted to the state or any political\n\nsubdivision thereof; and\n\n15.
