A victim protection order for any victim of rape, forcible\n\nsodomy, a sex offense, kidnapping or assault and battery with a\n\ndeadly weapon shall be substantially similar to a protective order\n\nin domestic abuse cases pursuant to the Protection from Domestic\n\nAbuse Act.\n\nB. A member of the immediate family of a victim of first-degree\n\nmurder may seek a victim protection order against the following\n\npersons:\n\n1. The person who was charged and subsequently convicted as the\n\nprincipal in the crime of murder in the first degree; or\n\n2. The person who was charged and subsequently convicted of\n\nbeing an accessory to the crime of murder in the first degree.\n\nA victim protection order for a member of the immediate family of a\n\nvictim of first-degree murder shall be substantially similar to a\n\nprotective order in domestic abuse cases pursuant to the Protection\n\nfrom Domestic Abuse Act.\n\nC.
