Stat. tit. 22, § 22-444","heading":"Retransfer in case of error","body":"When a cause has been improperly transferred to a court which\n\nhas no jurisdiction of the same, the court to which it has been\n\ntransferred shall order it to be retransferred to the proper court,\n\nand the same proceedings shall be had as in the case of original\n\ntransfer.
