Stat. tit. 22, § 22-456","heading":"Bench warrant, form of, in case of felony","body":"The bench warrant must, if the offense is a felony, be\n\nsubstantially in the following form:\n\nState of Oklahoma,\n\nTo any sheriff, constable, policeman or marshal in this state:\n\nAn indictment having been found (or information filed) on the\n\nforthwith to arrest the above named C. D., and bring him before the\n\ncourt (or before the court to which the indictment or information\n\nmay have been removed, naming it) to answer said indictment or\n\ninformation; or if the court have adjourned for the term, that you\n\ndeliver him into the custody of the sheriff of the county of\n\nGiven under my hand, with the seal of said court affixed this\n\nBy order of the court.\n\n(Seal) E.
