Nothing in this act shall preclude the establishment of\n\nsubstance abuse treatment programs in support of a deferred\n\nprosecution program authorized by Section 305.1 of Title 22 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes. Any such programs established after July 1,\n\n1997, or in existence on July 1, 1997, may be known as a drug court\n\nprogram; provided, the program is not contrary to public interest or\n\nprovision of law.\n\nB.
