Stat. tit. 22, § 22-591","heading":"Same jurors in both civil and criminal actions","body":"The jurors duly drawn and summoned for the trial of civil\n\nactions may also be the jurors for the trial of criminal actions.\n\nIn any district court where an electronic jury management system is\n\nimplemented pursuant to Section 13 of this act, jurors may be\n\nselected and summoned utilizing the automated functionality provided\n\nin the jury management system. Whenever the court utilizes the\n\napproved jury management system to randomly select and sequentially\n\norder juror names during any step in the jury selection process, the\n\nlaws relating to the use of a jury wheel, and laws requiring paper\n\nballots drawn from a jury wheel or a shaken box, shall not apply,\n\nincluding but not limited to those requirements set forth in\n\nSections 301 through 363 and Sections 591 through 693 of this title.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 5825.
