Stat. tit. 22, § 22-60.19","heading":"Emergency protective order - Confidentiality","body":"In proceedings before the court pursuant to Title 10A of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes in which a child is alleged to be deprived, the\n\ncourt, after consideration and to ensure the safety of any child\n\nbrought into state custody, may issue against the alleged\n\nperpetrator of abuse an emergency protective order pursuant to the\n\nProtection from Domestic Abuse Act at the emergency custody hearing\n\nor after a petition has been filed alleging that a child has been\n\nphysically or sexually abused. The protective order shall remain in\n\neffect until the case has been dismissed or until further order of\n\nthe court.
