Stat. tit. 22, § 22-60.20","heading":"Domestic violence, substance abuse, addiction and mental","body":"health training.\n\nThe Administrative Office of the Courts shall provide annual\n\ndomestic violence, substance abuse, addiction and mental health\n\neducational training for members of the judiciary. Subject to\n\navailable funding, curriculum for training required under this\n\nsection shall include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. Dynamics of domestic violence;\n\n2. The impact of domestic violence on victims and their\n\nchildren including trauma and the neurobiology of trauma;\n\n3. Identifying dominant aggressor;\n\n4. Tactics and behavior of batterers;\n\n5. Victim protection orders and full faith and credit under the\n\nViolence Against Women Act of 1994;\n\n6. Rights of victims; and\n\n7.
