Stat. tit. 22, § 22-60.31","heading":"Family justice centers","body":"Beginning on January 1, 2016, any governmental entity in a\n\ncounty that receives sufficient funds to implement such program may\n\nestablish a family justice center to assist victims of domestic\n\nviolence, sexual assault, elder or dependent adult abuse and\n\nstalking to ensure that victims of abuse are able to access all\n\nneeded services in one location in order to enhance victim safety\n\nand increase offender accountability.
