An order to a witness and to a person having custody of the\n\nwitness shall provide for the return of the witness at the\n\nconclusion of his testimony, proper safeguards for his custody, and\n\nreimbursement or prepayment by the requesting jurisdiction for all\n\nexpenses incurred in the production and return of the witness.\n\nB. The order may prescribe any other condition the judge\n\ndetermines to be proper or necessary.\n\nC. The judge shall not require prepayment of expenses if the\n\njudge directs and requires the requesting jurisdiction to accept\n\ncustody of the witness at the penal institution of this state in\n\nwhich the witness is confined and to deliver the witness back to the\n\nsame or another penal institution of this state as specified by the\n\nOklahoma Department of Corrections at the conclusion of his\n\ntestimony.\n\nD.
