Stat. tit. 22, § 22-765","heading":"Order for examination - Testimony by alternative method","body":"If the court or judge is satisfied that the examination of the\n\nwitness is necessary an order must be made that the witness be\n\nexamined conditionally at a specified time and place, and that a\n\ncopy of the order be served on counsel for the opposing party within\n\na specified time before that fixed for the examination. If the\n\nwitness is a child as defined by Section 1-1-105 of Title 10A of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes or a vulnerable adult as defined in Section 10-103\n\nof Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes, the court can allow the\n\nwitness to testify through an alternative method pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Uniform Child Witness Testimony by Alternative\n\nMethods Act or Section 2611.2 of Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6029.
