Stat. tit. 22, § 22-786","heading":"Interrogatories and cross-interrogatories","body":"When the commission is ordered, the defendant must serve upon\n\nthe district attorney, without delay, a copy of the interrogatories\n\nto be annexed thereto, with three (3) days notice of the time at\n\nwhich they will be presented to the court or judge. The district\n\nattorney may in like manner serve upon the defendant or his counsel\n\ncross-interrogatories, to be annexed to the commission, with like\n\nnotice. In the interrogatories, either party may insert any\n\nquestion pertinent to the issue.
