Stat. tit. 22, § 22-852","heading":"Juror must declare knowledge of case","body":"\n\nIf a juror have any personal knowledge respecting a fact in\n\ncontroversy in a cause he must declare it in open court during the\n\ntrial. If, during the retirement of a jury, a juror declare a fact,\n\nwhich could be evidence in the cause, as of his own knowledge, the\n\njury must return into court.
