Stat. tit. 22, § 22-922","heading":"Recording and reading verdict - Disagreement of jurors","body":"entered upon minutes - Discharge if no disagreement.\n\nWhen the verdict is given, and is such as the court may receive,\n\nthe clerk must immediately record it in full upon the minutes, and\n\nthe judge or the clerk must read it to the jury and inquire of them\n\nwhether it is their verdict.
