Stat. tit. 22, § 22-956","heading":"Proceedings after motion for arrest of judgment sustained","body":"If, from the evidence on the trial, there is reasonable ground\n\nto believe the defendant guilty, and a new indictment can be framed\n\nupon which he may be convicted, the court may order him to be\n\nrecommitted to the officer of the proper county, or admitted to bail\n\nanew to answer the new indictment or information.
