Stat. tit. 22, § 22-966A","heading":"Bench warrant, fee for issuance of","body":"For the issuance of each bench warrant for a defendant's failure\n\nto pay court costs, fines, fees, or assessments in felony,\n\nmisdemeanor, or traffic cases, the court clerk shall charge and\n\ncollect a fee of Five Dollars ($5.00). The fee shall be included in\n\nthe execution bond amount on the face of the bench warrant which is\n\nissued for the defendant's failure to pay and shall be in addition\n\nto the delinquent amount owed by the defendant.
