On or after November 1, 2016, the court shall have the\n\nauthority to waive all outstanding fines, court costs and fees in a\n\ncriminal case for any person who:\n\n1. Served a period of imprisonment in the custody of the\n\nDepartment of Corrections after conviction for a crime;\n\n2. Has been released from the custody of the Department of\n\nCorrections;\n\n3. Has complied with all probation or supervision requirements\n\nsince being released from the custody of the Department of\n\nCorrections; and\n\n4. Has made installment payments on outstanding fines, court\n\ncosts, fees and restitution ordered by the court on a timely basis\n\nevery month for the previous twenty-four (24) months following\n\nrelease from the custody of the Department of Corrections.\n\nB.
