The Department of Corrections shall utilize the Level of\n\nServices Inventory (LSI) assessment instrument, or another\n\nassessment that evaluates criminal risk to recidivate, to evaluate\n\nall eligible offenders sentenced to community punishments under the\n\nOklahoma Community Sentencing Act. This assessment shall not be\n\nwaived and is required for eligibility determination.\n\nB. The Administrative Office of the Courts shall assist in\n\npromulgating instructions and forms necessary for the courts' use of\n\nthe required assessment. In collaboration with the Department of\n\nCorrections, all state agencies shall provide technical assistance\n\nnecessary to implement and monitor the Oklahoma Community Sentencing\n\nAct in the areas of their expertise and experience, and shall offer\n\nservices to local community sentencing systems.\n\nC. All participating state agencies and local planning councils\n\nare directed to promulgate rules necessary to implement the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Community Sentencing Act.
