Establish a statewide community sentencing system;\n\n3. Adequately supervise offenders punished under a court-\n\nordered community sentence;\n\n4. Provide a series of sanctions to the court for eligible\n\noffenders sentenced to a community sentence within the community\n\nsentencing system;\n\n5. Increase the availability of punishment and treatment\n\nprograms to eligible offenders;\n\n6. Improve the criminal justice system within this state\n\nthrough public/private partnerships, reciprocal and interlocal\n\ngovernmental agreements, and interagency cooperation and\n\ncollaboration; and\n\n7.
