Stat. tit. 22, § 22-991a-16","heading":"Offenses to which program applies","body":"The provisions of the Elderly and Incapacitated Victim's\n\nProtection Act shall apply to any person convicted of one or more of\n\nthe following offenses where the victim is an elderly or\n\nincapacitated person as defined in Section 991a-15 of this title:\n\n1. Assault, battery, or assault and battery with a dangerous\n\nweapon;\n\n2. Aggravated assault and battery;\n\n3. Burglary in the second degree;\n\n4. Use of a firearm or offensive weapon to commit or attempt to\n\ncommit a felony, or pointing a firearm;\n\n5. Grand larceny;\n\n6. Extortion, or obtaining a signature by extortion;\n\n7. Fraud, or obtaining or attempting to obtain property by\n\ntrick or deception;\n\n8. Embezzlement; or\n\n9.
