Stat. tit. 22, § 22-991hv2","heading":"Order of no contact","body":"In addition to the other sentencing powers of the court, when\n\nsentencing a person who has been convicted, whether upon a verdict\n\nor plea of guilty or nolo contendere, or who has received a\n\nsuspended sentence or any probationary term for a crime or an\n\nattempt to commit a crime provided for in:\n\n1. Section 843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, if the\n\noffense involved sexual abuse or sexual exploitation, as those terms\n\nare defined in Section 1-1-105 of Title 10A of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n2. Section 681 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, if the\n\noffense involved sexual assault;\n\n3. Section 741 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, if the\n\noffense involved sexual abuse or sexual exploitation;\n\n4. Section 748 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, if the\n\noffense involved human trafficking for commercial sex;\n\n5. Section 843.1 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, if the\n\noffense involved sexual abuse or sexual exploitation;\n\n6. Section 852.1 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, if the\n\noffense involved sexual abuse of a child;\n\n7. Section 866, 885, 886, 888 or 891 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, if the offense involved sexual abuse or sexual\n\nexploitation;\n\n8. Section 1021, 1021.2, 1021.3, 1024.2 or 1029 of Title 21 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes, if the offense involved child sex\n\ntrafficking;\n\n9. Section 1040.8 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, if the\n\noffense involved child pornography; or\n\n10.
