The value of the property at the time of the conversion with\n\nthe interest from that time; or,\n\n2. Where the action has been prosecuted with reasonable\n\ndiligence, the highest market value of the property at any time\n\nbetween the conversion and the verdict, without interest, at the\n\noption of the injured party; and,\n\n3.
