Stat. tit. 24, § 24-133","heading":"Restrictions","body":"A credit services organization, its salespersons, agents, and\n\nrepresentatives, and independent contractors who sell or attempt to\n\nsell the services of a credit services organization may not do any\n\nof the following:\n\n1. Charge or receive any money or other valuable consideration\n\nprior to full and complete performance of the services the credit\n\nservices organization has agreed to perform for the buyer, unless\n\nthe credit services organization has obtained a surety bond of Ten\n\nThousand Dollars ($10,000.00) issued by a surety company admitted to\n\ndo business in this state and established a trust account at a\n\nfederally insured bank or savings and loan association located in\n\nthis state;\n\n2. Charge or receive any money or other valuable consideration\n\nsolely for referral of the buyer to a retail seller who will or may\n\nextend credit to the buyer if the credit that is or will be extended\n\nto the buyer is upon substantially the same terms as those available\n\nto the general public;\n\n3. Make or counsel or advise any buyer to make any statement\n\nthat is untrue or misleading or that should be known by the exercise\n\nof reasonable care to be untrue or misleading, to a credit reporting\n\nagency or to any person who has extended credit to a buyer or to\n\nwhom a buyer is applying for an extension of credit with respect to\n\na buyer's credit worthiness, credit standing, or credit capacity; or\n\n4.
