Stat. tit. 24, § 24-138","heading":"Waivers - Burden of proof - Violations and jurisdiction -","body":"Enforcement of rights.\n\nA. Any waiver by a buyer of any part of this act is void. Any\n\nattempt by a credit services organization to have a buyer waive\n\nrights given by this act is a violation of this act.\n\nB. In any proceeding involving this act, the burden of proving\n\nan exemption or an exception from a definition is upon the person\n\nclaiming it.\n\nC. Any person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nAny district court of this state has jurisdiction in equity to\n\nrestrain and enjoin the violation of this act.\n\nD.
