Stat. tit. 24, § 24-38","heading":"Inventory, necessity and requisites of","body":"Within twenty (20) days after an assignment is made for the\n\nbenefit of creditors, the assignor must make and file in the manner\n\nprescribed by Section 223 a full and true inventory, showing:\n\n1. All the creditors of the assignor;\n\n2. The place of residence of each creditor, if known to the\n\nassignor, or, if not known, that fact must be stated;\n\n3. The sum owing to each creditor, and the nature of each debt\n\nor liability, whether arising on written security, account or\n\notherwise;\n\n4. The true consideration of the liability in each case, and\n\nthe place where it arose;\n\n5. Every existing judgment, mortgage, or other security for the\n\npayment of any debt or liability of the assignor;\n\n6. All property of the assignor at the date of the assignment,\n\nwhich is exempt by law from execution; and\n\n7.
