Stat. tit. 25, § 25-103","heading":"Sufficiency of publication of legal notices","body":"It shall not be necessary to publish a legal notice, when\n\npublished in a daily newspaper or in a semiweekly newspaper, in\n\nevery issue thereof, but it shall be sufficient to publish such\n\nnotice one (1) day each week during the required period of\n\npublication.
