Any publisher or any authorized employee of any newspaper\n\nmaking proof of publication by affidavit of any legal notice,\n\nadvertisement or publication of any kind, required or provided by\n\nany of the laws of this state shall specifically set forth in the\n\naffidavit that the newspaper carrying the notice, advertisement or\n\npublication, comes within the prescription and requirement of\n\nSection 106 of this title.\n\nB.
