To exclude or to expel from membership, or otherwise to\n\ndiscriminate against, a member or applicant for membership because\n\nof race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, genetic\n\ninformation or disability, unless the organization can demonstrate\n\nthat accommodation for the disability would impose an undue hardship\n\non the operation of the business of such organization;\n\n2. To limit, segregate, or classify membership, or to classify\n\nor to fail or refuse to refer for employment an individual in a way:\n\na. which would deprive or tend to deprive an individual\n\nof employment opportunities, or\n\nb. which would limit employment opportunities or\n\notherwise adversely affect the status of an employee\n\nor of an applicant for employment, because of race,\n\ncolor, religion, sex, national origin, age, genetic\n\ninformation or disability, unless the organization can\n\ndemonstrate that accommodation for the disability\n\nwould impose an undue hardship on the operation of the\n\nbusiness of such organization; or\n\n3.
