For an employer to hire and employ an employee, or an\n\nemployment agency to classify or refer for employment an individual,\n\nfor a labor organization to classify its membership or to classify\n\nor refer for employment an individual, or for an employer, labor\n\norganization, or joint labor-management committee controlling an\n\napprenticeship or other training or retraining program to admit or\n\nemploy an individual in the program, on the basis of religion, sex,\n\nnational origin, age, disability, or genetic information if such\n\naction is related to a bona fide occupational qualification\n\nreasonably necessary to the normal operation of the business or\n\nenterprise; or\n\n2.
