Stat. tit. 25, § 25-1401","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act unless the context requires otherwise:\n\n(1) \"place of public accommodation\" includes any place, store or\n\nother establishment, either licensed or unlicensed, which supplies\n\ngoods or services to the general public or which solicits or accepts\n\nthe patronage or trade of the general public or which is supported\n\ndirectly or indirectly by government funds: except that\n\n(i) a private club is not a place of public accommodation, if\n\nits policies are determined by its members and its facilities or\n\nservices are available only to its members and their bona fide\n\nguests;\n\n(2) \"place of public accomodation\" does not include barber shops\n\nor beauty shops or privately-owned resort or amusement\n\nestablishments or an establishment located within a building which\n\ncontains not more than five rooms for rent or hire and which is\n\nactually occupied by the proprietor of the establishment as his\n\nresidence.","path":["OK Code","Title 25"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os25.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"093ecf58cf266055e99a3b3479fb8da895d95ea0ae8e6c4885ccae9028b7751e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-25-25-14","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-25-25-1402"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
