Stat. tit. 25, § 25-1502.1","heading":"Temporary injunction or restraining order","body":"If, at any time after the receipt of a verified charge, the\n\nAttorney General has reason to believe that a respondent has engaged\n\nin any unlawful discriminatory practice, the Attorney General may\n\nfile a petition in the district court in a county in which the\n\nsubject of the complaint occurs, or in a county in which a\n\nrespondent resides or transacts business, seeking appropriate\n\ntemporary injunctive relief against the respondent pending final\n\ndetermination of proceedings pursuant to Section 1101 et seq. of\n\nthis title. The court shall have power to grant injunctive relief\n\nor a restraining order as it deems just and proper, but no relief or\n\norder shall be granted except by consent of the respondent or after\n\nhearing upon notice to the respondent and a finding by the court\n\nthat there is reasonable cause to believe that the respondent has\n\nengaged in a discriminatory practice.
