The Attorney General may file a civil action on behalf of\n\nthe aggrieved person in a district court seeking relief pursuant to\n\nthis section.\n\nB. Venue for an action pursuant to this section is in the\n\ncounty in which the alleged discriminatory housing practice\n\noccurred, or in a county where the respondent resides or transacts\n\nbusiness.\n\nC. An aggrieved person may intervene in the action.\n\nD. If the court finds that a discriminatory housing practice\n\nhas occurred or is about to occur, the court may grant as relief any\n\nrelief that a court may grant in a civil action pursuant to Section\n\n1506.3 of this title.\n\nE.
