The Attorney General shall investigate alleged\n\ndiscriminatory housing practices.\n\nB. A complaint must be:\n\n1. In writing;\n\n2. Under oath; and\n\n3. In the form prescribed by the Attorney General.\n\nC. An aggrieved person may, not later than one (1) year after\n\nan alleged discriminatory housing practice has occurred or\n\nterminated, whichever is later, file a complaint with the Attorney\n\nGeneral alleging the discriminatory housing practice.\n\nD. Not later than one (1) year after an alleged discriminatory\n\nhousing practice has occurred or terminated, whichever is later, the\n\nAttorney General may file his or her own complaint.\n\nE. A complaint may be amended at any time.\n\nF. On the filing of a complaint the Attorney General shall:\n\n1. Give the aggrieved person notice that the complaint has been\n\nreceived;\n\n2. Advise the aggrieved person of the time limits and choice of\n\nforums pursuant to Section 1101 et seq. of this title; and\n\n3.
