Stat. tit. 25, § 25-1502.6","heading":"Conciliation - Time period - Conciliation agreement -","body":"Provisions - Disclosure.\n\nA. The Attorney General may, during the period beginning with\n\nthe filing of a complaint and ending with the filing of a charge or\n\na dismissal by the Attorney General's Office of Civil Rights\n\nEnforcement, to the extent feasible, engage in conciliation with\n\nrespect to the complaint.\n\nB. A conciliation agreement is an agreement between a\n\nrespondent and the complainant and is subject to the Attorney\n\nGeneral's approval.\n\nC. A conciliation agreement may provide for binding arbitration\n\nor other method of dispute resolution. Dispute resolution that\n\nresults from a conciliation agreement may authorize appropriate\n\nrelief, including monetary relief.\n\nD. A conciliation agreement shall be made public unless the\n\ncomplainant and respondent agree otherwise, and the Attorney General\n\ndetermines that disclosure is not necessary to further the purpose\n\nof Section 1101 et seq. of this title.\n\nE. Nothing said or done in the course of conciliation may be\n\nmade public or used as evidence in a subsequent proceeding pursuant\n\nto Section 1101 et seq. of this title without the written consent of\n\nthe persons concerned.\n\nF.
