If the Attorney General concludes at any time following the\n\nfiling of a discriminatory housing complaint that prompt judicial\n\naction is necessary to carry out the purposes of Section 1101 et\n\nseq. of this title, the Attorney General may commence a civil action\n\nfor appropriate temporary or preliminary relief pending final\n\ndisposition of the complaint.\n\nB.
