An aggrieved person may file a civil action in district\n\ncourt not later than the second year after the occurrence of the\n\ntermination of an alleged discriminatory housing practice, or the\n\nbreach of a conciliation agreement entered into pursuant to Section\n\n1101 et seq. of this title, whichever occurs last, to obtain\n\nappropriate relief with respect to the discriminatory housing\n\npractice or breach.\n\nB. The two-year period does not include any time during which\n\nan administrative hearing pursuant to Section 1101 et seq. of this\n\ntitle is pending with respect to a complaint or charge pursuant to\n\nSection 1101 et seq. of this title based on the discriminatory\n\nhousing practice. This subsection does not apply to actions arising\n\nfrom a breach of a conciliation agreement.\n\nC. An aggrieved person may file an action pursuant to this\n\nsection whether or not a complaint has been filed pursuant to\n\nSection 1502.2 of this title and without regard to the status of any\n\ncomplaint filed pursuant to this section.\n\nD. If the Attorney General has obtained a conciliation\n\nagreement with the consent of an aggrieved person, the aggrieved\n\nperson may not file an action pursuant to this section with respect\n\nto the alleged discriminatory housing practice that forms the basis\n\nfor the complaint except to enforce the terms of the agreement.\n\nE.
