Stat. tit. 25, § 25-16","heading":"Person and related terms","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Statutes:\n\n1. “Father” means the male parent of a child or children as\n\ndefined in Section 7 of this title;\n\n2. “Female” means an individual who naturally has, had, will\n\nhave, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or\n\nhistorical accident, the reproductive system that at some point\n\nproduces, transports, and utilizes eggs for fertilization;\n\n3. “Male” means an individual who naturally has, had, will\n\nhave, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or\n\nhistorical accident, the reproductive system that at some point\n\nproduces, transports, and utilizes sperm for fertilization;\n\n4. “Man” or “boy” means a natural person who is male;\n\n5. “Mother” means the female parent of a child or children as\n\ndefined in Section 7 of this title;\n\n6. “Natural person” means a person as defined in paragraph 7 of\n\nthis section, except for bodies politic or corporate;\n\n7. “Person”, except when used by way of contrast, includes not\n\nonly human beings, but bodies politic or corporate;\n\n8. “Sex” means a natural person’s biological sex at birth; and\n\n9. “Woman” or “girl” means a natural person who is female.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2929.
