A local commission may refer a matter under its jurisdiction\n\nto the Attorney General.\n\nB. At any time after a complaint under Section 1101 et seq. of\n\nthis title is filed, the Attorney General may require a local\n\ncommission to transfer any related proceeding to the Attorney\n\nGeneral.
