Stat. tit. 26, § 26-1-106","heading":"Determining dates","body":"In determining the date of any event pertaining to elections\n\nwhich date is fixed by statute as occurring a certain number of days\n\nbefore or after an election, neither the day of the election nor the\n\nday of the event shall be counted.
