Stat. tit. 26, § 26-11-109","heading":"Retention ballots","body":"Ballots for retention of Justices of the Supreme Court and\n\nJudges of the Court of Criminal Appeals and the Court of Appeals\n\nshall be printed in the same manner as other ballots for the General\n\nElection, except as hereinafter provided.
